How do I upgrade my tier?expand_more
Your tier rises automatically with the nights the Society arranges for you — based on how many nights and your total spend. There are no points to track; keep booking through The Concierge and your standing grows on its own.
Do I need a ticket or QR code to get in?expand_more
No. We leave your name at the door and you walk straight in — no ticket, no QR code. Your host's contact comes with every arrangement, so someone is always expecting you.
What does the concierge fee cover?expand_more
It covers our work arranging your night — choosing the right venue, holding your table, and getting your name on the door. Your table, bottles, and drinks are settled at the venue.
Can I cancel a booking?expand_more
Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before your night for a full refund of the concierge fee; within 48 hours the fee is non-refundable, as your venue is already held. Tables and bottles settled at the venue follow that venue's own policy.
