Applications are typically reviewed within 48-72 hours. Applicants with a referral code from an existing member receive priority review and may hear back within 24 hours.
Is membership free?
Yes, membership itself is free. You only pay when you book tickets or VIP tables for events. A small service fee applies to bookings to support the platform.
Why do you require Instagram verification?
Our venue partners trust us to maintain a certain standard. Social verification helps us confirm your identity and ensure the community stays curated. Your profile is never shared publicly.
What if my application is not accepted?
You may reapply after 3 months. We recommend obtaining a referral from a current member, as referred applicants have a significantly higher acceptance rate.
What are the membership tiers?
Members progress through four tiers: Insider (first booking), Patron (3 bookings or MAD 50k spent), Vanguard (5 bookings or MAD 150k spent), and Oracle (invitation only). Higher tiers unlock exclusive perks including priority reservations, complimentary upgrades, and members-only events.
